What Is Menopause?

Menopause marks the end of your menstrual cycles, typically between ages 45–55. The average age in the US is 52. It is a natural part of aging. It’s confirmed after 12 months without a period.

Common Symptoms

4. Make physical activity a priority. Introduce strength training to cardio.

5. Prioritize sleep
